START HERE
1. Download the Icon app to book your first class
2. Read up on our FAQs to make sure you know what to expect
3. Pack your clean indoor runners (or grip socks for Reformer) & refillable water bottle
4. Arrive 10-15 minutes before the class start- let us help you get set up
5. Give it your all- you’ve got 50 minute to show up for yourself
6. Touch base with your Trainer after class to let us know how you did
7. Keep going- ease in with hitting a couple more classes in your first week. You’ll start feeling like a pro after 4-5 classes
