REFORMER PILATES
REFORMER 50
our signature reformer class
Flexibility & endurance, with a side of strength & balance. We pay homage to Joseph Pilates' classical principles but introduce Icon's energy into every move… all in our siganture pink-lit room. You'll spend 50 minutes on our premium Merrithew V2 Max reformers, with Trainers energizing your every rep. The props are the classics: a pilates resistance ball, light resistance loops, 5-15lb weights.
ATHLETIC REFORMER 50

The original Reformer 50 class inspires us, the need to conquer each interval keeps us going. Level up your reformer training & grab some weights for each interval. Time-based, fast-paced, 10/10 addictive. We use our premium Merrithew V2 Max reformers in new ways, bring in the spice of light to medium weight training.. and don’t stop until the timer goes off. Keep going, we got you.

Rooted in the Progressive Overload principle: we're slowly and steadily levelling up your workouts at your own pace. Progressive overloading forces you out of your comfort zone, increases your strength & brings results at a rate that's easy to sustain.
Because more lean muscle = a higher metabolism, better joint health, and more energy! This class knocks out all the bullshit and digs deep with the functional movements & simple weight lifting. We keep it simple: circuit through heavy weights, functional movements, and 8-10 quality reps per exercise.

The guaranteed instant mood boost & full body workout. A circuit-based session that's filled with variety, our Power Circuit class is where we simultaneously sweat out all of our problems & build all muscle.
Your Trainer? Epic. The equipment? Top tier. The programming? Every class is fresh. For 50 energizing minutes you'll work through carefully-curated stations using 5-40lb dumbbells, punching bags, Bosus, resistance bands, battle ropes, weight plates, TRX straps (to name a few of our favourite things).
Power Circuit pushes your cardiovascular endurance, stamina, and mental resilience —keeping your heart rate high while your muscles stay challenged. The result? Better conditioning, improved athletic performance, and the kind of long-lasting energy that carries into everything you do outside the studio.

The class that stole our heart! The most sweat-inducing class in our lineup combines easy-to-follow & high energy rebounding moves with weighted strength training. The benefits of rebounding are endless: it’s a massive no-impact boost to your lymphatic system, it supports fat loss & improves bone density, and it’s a mega deep core strengthener. Mix all that with strength training intervals? The perfect workout DOES exist.
The class is set to energetic music & will leave you refreshed and full of energy. Pelvic floor weakness? We’re all human. Come to class early to chat with your Trainer if you have any incontinence concerns. Trust us, rebounding will help!

Low-impact/ High-sculpt. It’s the perfect meld of the energy from our Strength 50 class & the ‘I'm going to feel this tomorrow' Reformer 50 magic, rolled into one easy to follow 50 minute session. Spent entirely on your mat & led by your Trainer, our Pilates Power class is full-body and functional. Think intentional lifts, defining movements, and no boring reps.
Maxed out at 15lb dumbbells (less is more!), and using resistance loops, blocks & pilates balls, Pilates Power builds your stamina as you work to complete as many reps as possible in a time-based class.
RECOVERY

This 50-minute mat-based recovery session blends deep stretches with mobility work to release tension, open up tight spaces, and leave you moving at your best.
Why? Recovery 50 guides your nervous system into reset mode, flipping your body into recovery so muscles repair, joints move freely, and you feel renewed.
The vibe: grounded, restorative, and the rest you didn’t know you needed. The result: more mobility, less soreness, stronger movement.
