The guaranteed instant mood boost class. A circuit-based session that’s filled with variety, our Strength 50 class is where we build all the lean muscle. Your Trainer will work you through carefully-curated stations using 5-30lb dumbbells, punching bags, Bosus, resistance bands, battle ropes, and weight plates (to name a few of our favourite things).
Strength 50 is rooted in the Progressive Overload principle: we’re slowly and steadily levelling up your workouts at your own pace. Progressive overloading forces you out of your comfort zone, increases your strength & brings results at a rate that’s easy to sustain. Because more lean muscle = a higher metabolism, better joint health, and more energy!
While the class is not low/no impact, modifications for injuries & limitations are always available. Indoor runners are required. Sweat towels are provided. The music may be explicit. Age 16+.

Reformer pilates, but make it athletic & sweaty. 50 minutes on our premium Merrithew V2 Max reformers with instructors energizing your every move.

The class that stole our heart! The most sweat-inducing class in our lineup, Rebound 50 combines easy-to-follow & high energy rebounding with weighted strength training. The benefits of rebounding are endless: it’s a huge, no-impact, boost to your lymphatic system, it supports fat loss & improves bone density, and is a huge deep core strengthener. Mix all that with some body weight & weighted (10-30lb) strength training intervals? The perfect workout DOES exist.

PILATES POWER (YOUR NEW BEST FRIEND)
It's the perfect meld of the energy from our Strength 50 class & the ‘I'm going to feel this tomorrow' Reformer 50 magic, rolled into one easy to follow 50 minute session. Spent entirely on your mat & led by your Trainer, our Pilates Power class is full-body and functional. Think intentional lifts, defining movements, and no boring reps.
Maxed out at 15lb dumbbells (less is more!), and using resistance loops & pilates balls, Pilates Power builds your stamina as you work to complete as many reps as possible in a time-based class. No-impact/ High-sculpt. Modifications for injuries & limitations are always available. Indoor runners or grip socks are required. Sweat towels are provided. The music may be explicit. Age 16+.
