What is an Energy Exchange Program?
Our Energy Exchange Team plays an huge role in our daily operations and is an important part of our studio family. An Energy Exchange’r works just 4 hours per week (this can be divided into two 2-hour shifts) in exchange for a no-charge membership. The work consists of a variety of cleaning & organizing tasks. The no-charge membership includes attendance in unlimited classes, 25% off retail, free friend passes, & more.
Qualifications:
Must have availability to work one to two daytime shifts per week (Mon-Fri 12pm-4pm)
Be passionate about your current fitness routine & wellness lifestyle choices
Be able to work in a solo environment and exceed quality standards
Have great organization skills & a killer attention to detail
Be able to lift up to 50lbs
Commit to a minimum of 3 months on the Energy Exchange Program
FRONT OF HOUSE
We're looking for passionate ‘people’ people who love all things fitness & crave an energetic work atmosphere. The Front of House role is responsible for managing the day-to-day flow of the studio and delivering outstanding customer service. This position is ideal for someone confident, detail-oriented, and who enjoys being at the center of the action.
Job Description:
Be the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a welcoming, high-energy studio experience
Educate clients on training styles, membership options and all things Icon
Handle check-ins, bookings, payments, and basic admin and retail tasks
Support instructors and management with smooth studio operations
Complete tasks confidently, without direction or supervision
Uphold the Icon culture & standards within the studio and in the community
Lift/carry up to 50lb
Qualifications:
Have a minimum of 1 year of retail or customer service experience
Possess killer communication & people skills
Be passionate about your current fitness routine & wellness lifestyle choices
Be able to work with high performance results in a hectic & fast-paced environment
Have great organization skills, attention to detail, and strong computer/tech skills
Be available for 2-4 shifts per week: daytime shifts, evening shifts, weekend shifts
TRAINER
Are you interested in immersing yourself in our training methods? We are looking for fitness enthusiasts eager to expand their repertoire and join our team of Trainers.
Successful candidates will complete our in-house training & certification. Your certification will include in person instructor training sessions with our co-founder and head movement trainer, practice teaching hours and teaching practice classes.
Job Description & Responsibilities:
Lead high-energy, music-driven 50-minute group classes (2–4 per week)
Deliver clear, confident instruction with expert form demonstrations and hands-on corrections
Design thoughtful class formats that are safe, effective, and engaging for all levels
Curate playlists that push, uplift, and set the tone for every session
Show up with passion—bring the heat, inspire movement, and create an unforgettable fitness experience every time
Qualifications:
Experience in teaching group fitness and/or fitness certifications are an asset, but not required.
Passionate about health, fitness, and inspiring others through movement.
CHILD-MINDING
Our Child-Minding team plays a vital role in supporting our members by creating a safe, fun, and nurturing environment for their children while they attend classes. This role is perfect for someone who genuinely loves working with kids, brings calm, positive energy, and understands the importance of trust, care, and consistency. You’ll be a friendly, reliable presence that helps moms feel supported and kids excited every time they walk through our doors.
Job Description:
Provide care for 1-5 children in our dedicated child-minding space while their parents attend their 50 minute workout class
Complete tasks confidently, without constant direction or supervision
Lift/carry up to 50lb
Uphold the Icon culture & standards within the studio and in the community
Qualifications:
Have a minimum of 6 months of childcare experience (including baby-sitting)
Possess a valid first aid certificate
Have killer communication & people skills
Be passionate about fitness & wellness
Be able to work in a hectic and fast-paced environment
Have great organization skills & attention to detail
Be available for 2-4 shifts per week: daytime (9am, 11am), evening (4pm, 5pm), Saturdays (8am, 9am)
